With RedSox's 2nd game today, TV was out of bounds for me.
Grabbed the Uptown Girls DVD borrowed from Library this week for night's entertainment.
This is a simple story, where (Brittany Murphy) Molly (childish party girl who is broke) ends up being nanny to (Dakota Fanning) Ray who acts like a 30year old!
Both are facing the same problem but the way is approach is entirely different. As the movie goes on, they teach their way of life to each other.
The child in Ray comes out when she visits to Canary Island to ride the teacups (both times) and the adult in Molly shows when Ray goes missing. It is heartbreaking to see the way Ray copes up when her father dies.
Nice light movie for any evening.
