The last three days rotated the menu from past few days. On the last day found out that I've lost ~8pounds! And hoping not to gain any back. At least haven't until now and I'm in Phase 2; i.e: Having chapatti's for lunch/dinner with yogurt, oats for breakfast and nuts for snacks and an occasional coffee/tea/wine/wild rice. Avoiding Fruit juices, soda, polished rice, candy, ice-creams and my favorite potato chips! (Tyring to avoid gorge on food parents are getting today from namma Bengalooru!).
